Very rude employee don’t ask if you need help or anything. Man got on speaker and said it’s called home training to put things back where you got it from. Maybe if you would help a customer that you see looking for an item it would be easy to put items back in the correct place. I’ve spent so much money here but never again will I walk foot back on this location. Very unprofessional and sad thing is not a lot of people was in the store.

Trust nothing staff states. Called the store prior to wasting time etc on the drive over due to only having the purchase on bank records and not the physical receipt. Was advice no problem and to come on out. Arrived to be told store credit only and only half the price I paid. Now mind you I have the account that stores your purchases the cashier did not enter it the day of sale. So I wasted my time trusting the call with staff was truthful. It was not nor was I taking half price store credit when I have the banking statement showing the purchase, date of sale etc. terrible customer service!!!

Shoe Carnival had been known for having BOGO half off sales. I guess that is over. All shoes had shopping mall prices with no sales. Very disappointed.

this location smells absolutely rancid. like the entire store smelled like an unclean toilet and i actually wanna barf.

I got my croc slip resistant shoes plus I got a crazy deal $10 off my purchase.
